Running pace and speed calculator
Enter a distance and a time (or a pace, or a speed). You get the pace in min/km, the speed in km/h and your split times.
Formulas
pace (s/km) = time (s) ÷ distance (km)
speed (km/h) = 3600 ÷ pace (s/km)
split time = pace × distance covered Split times assume an even pace from start to finish. On a real course, hills, wind and fatigue shift the splits.

To prepare a specific race, goal charts with the split time at each checkpoint:

Race pace is not training pace: an easy run is done at 65–75% of your vVO2max, a threshold session at 85–90%. Calculate your training paces from your vVO2max, or predict your time over another distance.

Your paces, session by session, in the app
Runalis prescribes each session as a percentage of vVO2max and shows the pace to run. When your vVO2max improves, the paces follow without rebuilding the plan.
